Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Wellspan guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis.
*Manager will interview

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 years
Level I Trauma exp required
Previous travel exp required

CALL REQUIREMENTS: 2-3 calls within a 6 week matrix (30-MINUTE RESPONSE REQUIRED)
RTO: MAX 7 days
WEEKENDS: 3-4 weekend shifts within a 6 week matrix (WEEKENDS CAN BE DAYS, EVENINGS or NIGHTS)
HOLIDAYS: as needed; may be day, evening, or night shift
FLOATING: as needed

Prefer that RNs scrub and circulate
Must be proficient (function independently with no need for refresher training ) with the Davinci xi robot and bonus points if they are also familiar with the DV5 Davinci robot...
