Proserpine Nursing Home Inc is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. This role is focused on providing high-quality clinical care within a vibrant and inclusive aged care community that values resident well-being and professional connection.

The Role

This is a casual position primarily focused on providing clinical oversight during the night shift. You will be responsible for ensuring nursing care is delivered in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards while respecting the cultural and spiritual needs of our residents.

Shift Details:

• Night Shift: 9:00 pm – 6:00 am.

• Flexibility: Mandatory availability for night duty, with additional morning and afternoon shifts as required.

Key Responsibilities:
