Registered Nurse/Radiation Oncology

Radiation Oncology RN for outpatient clinic with oncology based patient population, consisting of head and neck, breast, GYN, lung, GI, neuro, transplant, prostate, and uro patient. Serving mainly adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. 12 room clinic with 2 procedure rooms that works as a care team rather than patient ratios. NO float/call/weekend required.

Days, 5x8. 2 years experience REQUIRED, NO 1st time travelers. EPIC documentation, Pyxis, Aria Data, and SBAR. 24 hours of orientation, Caribbean blue scrubs not provided by unit.

Certifications REQUIRED: BLS; ACLS, Cemo, OCN PREFERRED.

Skills/experience REQUIRED: Understanding of high dose rad therapy (interstitial, ring tandem, vaginal cyl, TBI, head and neck scoping, pelvic exam, spaceoar treatment).
