Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager - ICU/ER

JOB SUMMARY: The Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse) is accountable for assisting the Director in providing leadership to the Emergency and Intensive Care Services Departments in the areas of leadership, clinical, financial, and human resources. Accountable for assisting in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating nursing practice in accordance with the Mission of Doctors Hospital and Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit. He/she demonstrates a high degree of critical thinking, technical skill, initiative, integrity, accuracy and compassionate nursing care in an interdisciplinary practice. The Clinical Manager assists the Department Director in providing direction in the development and evaluation of nursing personnel, and in maintaining operations of the patient care unit.
