**Position Details & Schedule**

+ Full-time, **night shift**
+ Stepdown / Critical Care unit
+ Charge Nurse responsibilities
+ Shift Hours: **7a–7p**
+ Rotating days, every other weekend, and holiday rotation
+ No on-call requirement

**Qualifications**

+ Active RN license (IL or compact)
+ Minimum of **1 year of Registered Nurse experience**
+ Stepdown and/or critical care experience preferred
+ Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills

**Pay Range:**

$32.77 - $52.43

**Pay Rate Type:**

Hourly
