Our Young facility is seeking Full Time Registered Nurses to work across Morning and Afternoon shifts. Relocation assistance and temporary accommodation provided!

What You’ll Do:

• Carry out initial and ongoing assessment, planning, and management of nursing care for residents
• Develop personal care plans to ensure residents’ individual needs are identified and met, and monitor any changes in care plans
• Participate in quarterly care plan evaluations, or more frequently as needed
