Job Description

• Assists in the start-up and shutdown of injection machine in each process prior to operations and end of process.
• Conducts the repair, cleaning and maintenance of mold.
• Prepares and monitor materials (chemicals) needed in the process.
• Maintains the parameter setup of machines during production operations.
• Responsible for the mold loading and unloading in machines.
• Assist production operation when manpower is lacking especially during delivery time.
• Reports with immediate superior any concerning machines technical issues.
• Safekeep all records for the tools and spare parts used for machine in production.
• Request resin as per machine requirement.
• Help the team to understand the target and goals.
