Regulatory Affairs and Licensing Lead - Argentina

Tether and its affiliated entities (e.g., Bitfinex) are searching for an organized self‑starter to join our Regulatory and Licensing team. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to the crypto‑asset industry in Argentina, and will be excited to apply their regulatory experience in a dynamic business environment. The role reports directly to the Head of Regulatory Affairs & Licensing – Latin America and serves as the primary point of contact for regulatory and licensing matters within Argentina. It is a senior position for professionals with proven experience engaging with financial regulators, supervisory authorities, or policy‑making bodies. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with hands‑on execution, demonstrates a diplomatic, solutions‑oriented approach in navigating complex regulatory environments, and proactively anticipates regulatory changes to adapt strategies.
