Regulatory Case Specialist (They/She/He) (Italian)
We’re seeking an experienced Regulatory Case Specialist to join our eDreams ODIGEO Communications team in a strong growth environment. The role will be based in our Barcelona office and will directly manage consumer regulatory complaints reporting to the VIP Customer Communications Team Lead. It offers a chance to work across eDO business areas and deepen knowledge in e-commerce, tourism, consumer protection, and data protection regulations.
What you will do
- Manage legal customer complaints such as consumer organization files, customer court cases and regulatory consumer cases.
- Manage data protection consumer rights cases.
- Coordinate Legal inquiries with Legal Counsels.
- Support VIP tasks including sensitive customer complaints, social care channels and complaints addressed directly to CSM members.
- Support VIP Communications projects when required.
