Regulatory Compliance Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager – Regulatory Compliance supports the Head of Regulatory Compliance in ensuring the Bank’s full adherence to all regulatory requirements outside of Financial Crime Compliance (i.e. excluding AML, KYC, CTF, and Sanctions). The role is responsible for delivering regulatory assurance across the Bank through structured assessments, regulatory monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and governance reporting. This includes managing CBUAE-related assessments via the Regulatory Management System (RMS), identifying regulatory gaps, tracking breaches, and supporting regulatory communications and inspections.
