Job Description for Candidate in the Legal Team (PQE of 3-5 years):
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical litigation professional to manage legal disputes, support court proceedings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, handling case files and representing or support representation before courts tribunals and regulatory authorities.
1. Draft and review pleadings, notices, affidavits, replies, written statements, contracts, and legal correspondence.
2. Adept with legal research on all relevant laws and regulations, including case law search.
3. Manage litigation matters across civil, commercial, corporate, labour, arbitration or regulatory forums. Coordinate with external counsels, advocates and law firms for case strategy and updates.
4. Maintain and organize litigation records, case files, and legal databases.
