Sales And Business Development
- Drive sales targets: Achieve sales targets for deposits, investments, loans (ASBF, SMART MONEY, Education loans), bancassurance, credit cards, and business referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understand their financial needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Credit Acquisition: Assist in acquiring new corporate loans and financing, exceeding targets and managing the team.
- Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, monitoring their status and credit risk.
- Cross-selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell existing clients, expanding their portfolio with the bank.
Compliance And Risk Management
- Adherence to Regulatory Standards: Ensure all staff adhere to Branch Manual, BNM Guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.
