Job Purpose
Achieve assigned KPIs and wealth targets through proactive sales activities such as acquiring new customers, deepening existing relationships, and cross‑selling wealth solutions like Bancassurance/Takaful and cash‑management. It involves growing deposits and fee‑based income, enhancing customer stickiness, and consistently analyzing portfolios to identify upselling opportunities. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and a positive experience is key.
Responsibilities
- Assist Team Lead & Head, Business Wealth Sales in sales management, responsible for overall sales activities of acquiring new customers and retaining existing assigned high‑value non‑borrowing and borrowing business customers by achieving assigned deposit growth and fee‑based income targets.
