Opportunity Description
One of the fasting growing banks in the Middle East is looking to hire an ambitious and driven Relationship Manager to join their ever growing retail banking team. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Head of Wealth Management.
The job holder will play a key role in delivering the financial sales targets for the company and marketing to potential and existing clients.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Conducting daily meetings to review sales performance.
- Ensuring high level of customer experience and minimising customer complaints.
- Tracking daily sales actively.
- Tracking the balance activity of key accounts.
- Resolving branch operational issues.
- Keeping up to date on market developments.
- Regular visits to clients and customers.
- Making recommendations to head/line manager about new facilities required in the centre.
