Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description of the role is as under:

Identification & Onboarding of TW Digital players in the industry

Build & execute the roadmap for TW Lending with various Digital players

Design end to end sourcing to disbursal journey & post disbursal journeys from partner’s platform

Work with various team (IT, Policy, Operations, Collections etc) to ensure right product mix for each partner to generate maximum volumes

Driving collection efficiency across buckets for every partner to ensure delinquencies within budget

Analysing data & portfolio at respective partner level & recommend changes for improving sourcing or book quality

Regular industry analysis of TW Digital lending platforms & Competition benchmarking
