Opportunity Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive professional to support Relationship Managers and the Sales Head in the onboarding and ongoing management of government and public‑sector accounts. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth client onboarding, accurate documentation, and effective coordination of operational and payment‑related matters with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers and the Sales Head in the onboarding of new government and public‑sector accounts, including account opening processes and updates to client authorised signatories.
- Compile, review, track, and maintain onboarding and account maintenance documentation, and follow up closely with clients on outstanding requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of sponsorship memos, and provide operational support for sponsorship‑related events and initiatives.
