Reliability Engineer. Duties: Support the Maintenance & Operational teams to increase mill reliability, minimize cost, troubleshoot and resolve repetitive maintenance failures to improve efficiency; Liaise with consultants and vendors on technical aspects of issues; Develop, communicate and implement maintenance procedures and troubleshooting guidelines to support consistency and efficiency; Support the implementation and execution of a preventative and predictive maintenance program; Participate in shutdown coordination in support of Maintenance Planners and Mechanical Supervisors. Creation of CPA’s (Capital Project Authorization) and RPA’s (Repair Project Authorization) for budget approval; Estimate, scope and execute major maintenance and capital projects; Develop detailed schedules and perform construction management role during project execution; Manage multiple projects at any one time; ...
