Job description

· Implement reliability programs and preventive maintenance strategies in accordance with corporate standards.
· Manage maintenance service contracts to ensure the delivery of high quality services to customers.-quality services to customers.
· Plan, coordinate, and execute plant overhauls, providing on-site support to local teams throughout all project phases.
· Develop maintenance plans for new plants, including EAM system implementation, definition of maintenance procedures, and training of local maintenance teams.
· Prepare and present reliability reports, performance analyses, and improvement recommendations to management and contract service customers.
· Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel to strengthen reliability competencies.
