Remote Backend Tech Lead: Scale, Architect & Mentor

Mentor Talent Acquisition is seeking a hands-on Backend Tech Lead in Spain to drive the technical direction of our FP&A platform. You will lead a highly skilled team of Python engineers and shape our architecture for scalability and reliability.

This role focuses on defining standards and guiding architectural decisions while remaining hands-on with coding. You will work closely with Product, Data, and Frontend teams to ensure coherent system design.
