Responsibilities

• Manage the software engineering stream and sub-stream to ensure efficient project execution and product development.
• Oversee the day‑to‑day activities of the stream, sub‑stream, and QA stream lead.
• Conduct performance reviews of the software engineering stream, sub-stream, and QA stream lead.
• Onboard and offboard software engineers, software engineers sub‑stream, QA stream lead, and the QA engineer stream.
