Pay: $1,000 – $2,500 USD per month.

Duties

• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
• Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions.
• Knowledge in using CRMs.
• Work US hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ Years Experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• Energetic & upbeat.
• Team Player.
• Willing to listen to feedback & improve.
