Opportunity Description

Piper Life Sciences is actively seeking an Automation Engineer to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility that is brand new and going to be the largest end-to-end cell manufacturing facility in Northern America.. The Automation Engineer will be assisting in automation systems projects involving technologies like in DeltaV, as well as serving as liasion to integrators to explain design requirements. This is a Monday-Friday role, that will be on EST hours.

Responsibilities of the Automation Engineer include:

  • Diving into the codes from their Denmark location to understand the logic/principles to replicate it, as necessary, for the site.
  • Communicate with integrators to explain design requirements
  • Thorough understanding of design concepts and architecture.
  • Work cross functionally with project managers, engineering, etc. to ensure programs remain compliant.
