Remote-Eligible: Life & Annuity Contact Center Director

NTT DATA is looking for a BPO Senior Director to lead the customer service operations for a large Life and Annuity Insurance Contact Center Program in Manila. The role requires strong leadership to stabilize processes and improve performance while ensuring operational objectives are met.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding customer experience goals, exceptional influence and communication skills, and at least 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in a managerial position.
