Remote Genesys Cloud Engineer – Contact Center

UST is seeking a Genesys Cloud Software Engineer to support a banking client with the opportunity for remote work from Spain. This role involves developing customer experience flows and supporting integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs while ensuring platform stability.

The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years in contact-center development, expertise in Genesys Cloud, and proficiency in English. Occasional visits to the Madrid office are required.
