Remote Genesys Cloud Engineer – Contact Center

Ust is seeking a Genesys Cloud Software Engineer to support a banking client with remote work based in Spain. The role involves developing customer experience flows in Genesys Cloud Architect and performing integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7+ years of experience in contact-center development, strong skills in Genesys Cloud, and proficiency in English. Occasional office visits to Madrid will be required.
