Opportunity Description
LatamCent is looking for a Talent Partner to manage the full recruitment cycle. The role involves conducting 80–100 interviews monthly and collaborating with hiring managers in a fully remote environment across Latin America and the U.S.
The successful candidate will have 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, a strong track record in sourcing technical roles, and excellent organizational skills. The position offers a full-time remote contract with a competitive compensation package and benefits after 3 months.
