Remote Outbound Sales Rep — Full-Cycle, Commission-Driven

FirstMate is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to join their remote team. In this full-time role, you will be tasked with prospecting roofing contractors across the United States, introducing them to the company's software and services, and closing sales without handoffs.

Your success will be measured by how well you engage customers throughout the entire sales process, from the first call to their first order. Strong candidates will have a background in outbound B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and comfort with high call volumes.
