Remote SaaS Onboarding & Client Success Specialist

Smart Apartment Data is looking for a professional communicator to guide clients through onboarding and product training. You will lead sessions to help clients effectively adopt our software platform.

The ideal candidate has over two years of experience in roles that involve direct client interaction and a proficiency in English at a C1 or C2 level. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work independently while contributing to client success.

Compensation ranges from $1,800 to $2,200 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
