Remote SaaS Onboarding Specialist

Smart Apartment Data is seeking a Customer Success Professional to lead onboarding sessions and help clients effectively use our analytics software. This role requires a strong background in customer-facing product roles, with at least 2 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable guiding clients through complex workflows and possess excellent communication skills. This position is fully remote and offers a compensation of $1,800 - $2,200 per month, based on experience.
