Remote SaaS Onboarding Specialist

Smart Apartment Data seeks a Customer Success professional to lead onboarding sessions and support clients in utilizing our real estate analytics software. You'll help clients understand workflows while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

This is a remote position, and candidates must have strong organizational and communication skills. A minimum of 2 years in customer-facing product roles and English proficiency (C1 or C2) are required. Compensation ranges from $1,800 to $2,200 per month based on experience.
