Remote SaaS Onboarding Specialist

Smart Apartment Data is looking for a Customer Success professional to lead onboarding sessions for clients. This 100% remote position requires strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex workflows. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles and be comfortable guiding clients through structured sessions.

Compensation is competitive, ranging from $1,800 to $2,200 per month based on experience. Familiarity with SaaS and CRM tools is a plus.
