Remote SaaS Onboarding & Training Specialist

Smart Apartment Data is seeking a professional communicator to lead client onboarding and product training. This fully remote role requires 2+ years in onboarding or customer-facing positions, focusing on helping clients adopt and effectively use our software platform.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with a C1 or C2 level of English. Experience in SaaS or CRM tools is a bonus.
