Remote Scrum Master — SAFe Expert & Jira Metrics

Capitole is seeking a SCRUM MASTER with over 3 years of experience and solid knowledge of SAFe. This position is 100% remote but requires residency in Spain. Candidates must be fluent in English (C1) as they will collaborate in multinational teams.

Key responsibilities include coordinating Agile ceremonies, promoting Agile best practices, and creating advanced reports using Jira. The ideal candidate should have expertise in JQL/jQuery and a passion for continuous improvement.
