Core Responsibilities and Duties

• Planning & Scheduling: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and create detailed work plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, effectively.
• Execution & Monitoring: Oversee daily operations, track progress against milestones, and manage vendor/supplier contracts.
• Risk Management: Identify, monitor, and mitigate potential risks (e.g., budget constraints, delays).
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular progress reports.
• Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project
