Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator - Operations, Middle Mile, SPX Express (Paranaque)

Job Description

• Lead and coordinate all repair activities for third‑party trucks in the assigned area.
• Receive and assess reports on vehicle breakdowns or issues from the Operations team.
• Prioritize and dispatch repair work in coordination with accredited service providers or in‑house technicians.
• Monitor the quality and turnaround time of all repair jobs, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of repairs, including nature of damage, solutions implemented, and cost (if applicable).
• Identify recurring issues and recommend long‑term solutions to the Area Mechanic Lead.
• Prepare and justify budget, and ensure that month‑on‑month expenses are within the submitted and approved budget.
• Ensure safety and compliance protocols are observed during all repair activities.
• Submit regular repair updates, incident logs, and vendor performance summaries.
