- Collect, validate, and clean manufacturing data from ERP, MES, and production systems.
- Develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including OEE, throughput, yield, defect rates, and downtime.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and root causes in production data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored insights.
- Automate routine reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Prepare executive summaries and data-driven presentations for management review.
