Opportunity Description
We are looking for native Cantonese speakers based in Malaysia to participate in a short audio collection project. Your task is to make real customer service calls to Malaysian banks and record the conversations.
What You Need to Do
- Call different Malaysian bank customer service numbers
- Have normal enquiry conversations (credit card, online banking, fees, etc.)
- Each call should have 3–10 minutes of real conversation with a human agent
- Complete around 30 minutes of total conversation audio (around 6-7 calls)
Requirements
- Native Cantonese speaker only (NOT Mandarin)
- Currently living in Malaysia
- Clear voice and natural speaking style
- Able to record calls using your phone
- Able to upload audio files online
- Can complete the work within 2 days
Payment
Payment is released after the client approves all recordings.
