Opportunity Description
We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Call Centre Representatives for Recovery (Fintech Project) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling a high volume of outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude. A strong background in financial services and finance collections, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customers calls, listening to their concerns and solving problems
- Answer outbound calls and respond to customer queries
- Familiarly with CRM System & Practices
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Fresh and Experienced both are encouraged to apply
