Requirements Engineer

Exp: 4 to 10 yrs Skills: * POLARION ( Mandatory) * CATIA ( Mandatory) *IBM DOORS / 3DX / similar requirement management platforms * Strong knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML modelling. * Experience with system architecture development and requirements traceability. * Exposure to scripting languages such as Python is an advantage. * Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, LIN) is preferred. * Good organizational, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills. * Experience working in global cross-functional teams will be a plus.
