Requirements Lead – CRM / Portal (Salesforce)

The Requirements Lead will translate redesigned business processes into build-ready CRM and portal requirements, supporting a Salesforce-based implementation within a government entity. The Req Lead will lead requirements workshops, produce BRDs, and define workflow, routing, SLA, and reporting requirements to support implementation readiness.

This is a hybrid role based in Ras Al Khaimah, with a structured on‑site presence during the initial phase and reduced on‑ requirements thereafter. The consulting firms Middle Eastern HQ is on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.

• Translate redesigned processes into build-ready Salesforce CRM and portal requirements
• Lead requirements workshops with business and technology stakeholders
• Produce BRDs and structured functional requirements documentation
