Requirements Manager - 100% (m/f)

The Ideal Candidate will have proven experience in managing the full requirements management process for large-scale Rail, Metro, High-Speed Rail or infrastructure projects, including the capture, allocation, verification, validation, traceability, compliance monitoring and closure of contractual, technical, operational, safety and stakeholder requirements.

• Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the Requirements Management Plan.
• Establish and manage the requirements management process across the project lifecycle, from contract review and design development through construction, testing, commissioning, handover and acceptance.
• Manage the requirements database and ensure full traceability between employer requirements, technical specifications, design deliverables, verification evidence and final acceptance records. ...
