Research Analyst - Benchmarks

About the Role

FactSet creates flexible, open data and software solutions for over 200,000 investment professionals worldwide. The Benchmarks Operations team is responsible for onboarding additional benchmark content. Data are sourced from different vendors and are consumed through data feeds, through the Workstation via FQL and Screening codes, and through premium FactSet applications such as Portfolio Analysis, SPAR, and Derivative Solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Perform downstream/upstream content work as required, working via RPDs (tickets for client requests) to address client queries.
• Work with technology to understand FTP, SFTP, Microsoft Excel, other machine language and artificial intelligence technology to provide process improvement ideas.
• Provide sufficient updates to stakeholders and meet timelines.
