Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Delivery of Insights: Responsible for designing, managing, analyzing and delivering research insights, including visualization of research findings and insights through our proprietary dashboard, crosstabulations, and/or PowerPoint presentations
- Business Development and Account Leadership: Partner with Sales in all efforts to increase acquisition and retention among clients while acting as the client’s primary research partner. This includes participation in client meetings/calls and presenting final deliverable to clients
- Research Management: Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent delivery and customer service. This includes reviewing research objectives, developing and communicating project objectives to operations and sales team members, overseeing project deliverables.
