Research and Development Specialist in Achievement Test Development

Your role

The research and development specialist will develop tests in Mathematics for Grades 3 and 5 in specific and be involved in the development of achievement tests in general (languages & mathematics):

• Contribute to and support the development of new and innovative psychometric measures within the Épreuves Standardisées – ÉpStan
• Translate developed tests and related materials to make them accessible for the international public schools
• Translate student questionnaires assessed within ÉpStan
• Support the coordination, quality assurance and control, and logistics of ÉpStan
• Perform statistical analyses on data emerging from ÉpStan in regards to the Mathematics tests
• Present research findings to other team members or researchers
• Contribute to and support ongoing and future research projects related to ÉpStan and other projects within LUCET
