Role Description

• Conduct daily tasting and QA for all products produced with documented results
• Run tasting sessions to evaluate product pairings and applications (milk, water, sweeteners, etc.)
• Collaborate with cafes through site visits to develop recipes for various applications
• Develop custom matcha blends based on client requirements (taste, cost, use-case)
