Job Summary
Trains non-human primates and other large animals to facilitate research activities and assists with data collection. Assists in animal surgeries, clinical care, and routine veterinary procedures. Maintains laboratory spaces, completes all necessary documentation, and ensures compliance with all standards and regulations.
Essential FunctionsWe are seeking an energetic, hardworking, individual, to fill a Research Animal Technician position in the laboratory of Dr. Omar Gharbawie (Department of Neurobiology at University of Pittsburgh).
