Research Development Technical Manager

The Research Development Technical Manager is in charge of ensuring recipes and processes developed by R&D for new concepts, innovations, or renovations (continuous improvement in products and processes) are executable on a commercial scale across commissary and stores. Key deliverables include Technical Manuals, Bill of Materials (BOM) management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & INTERFACES

• Work closely with R&D, Commissary, and Store Operations in concept, trial, and pilot stages to ensure commercial kitchen realities are considered in the recipe and processes being developed.
• Work closely with R&D, Procurement, and Management Accounting in maintaining the Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Leads a team of Technical Assistants and SAP Assistant for the development of Technical Manuals (equipment and materials requirement, production workflow, process standards, food safety & quality standards, and quick reference guides) and ensuring accuracy of ...
