Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer reservations via phone, email, chat, or walk-in inquiries
- Provide accurate information about services, availability, pricing, and policies
- Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently
- Maintain and update reservation records in the system
- Coordinate with operations or front office team regarding guest bookings
- Address customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- With experience in reservations, customer service, hotel, restaurant, or travel industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems is an advantage
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if required
