- Manage reservation requests and ensure timely confirmation of bookings.
- Assist customers with travel arrangements including ticketing and itinerary customization.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address client inquiries.
- Coordinate with travel vendors to secure reservations and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the booking process.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Hospitality or Business Administration
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in travel operations and ticketing
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to handle reservations and customer inquiries effectively
