Reservations Manager – Kruger National Park, Mpumalanga – Luxury Safari Lodge (Live-in). Salary: Negotiable (DOE).

Role Overview

A senior operational role responsible for managing the full reservations function, driving occupancy and revenue performance, and ensuring seamless guest and agent communication within a luxury safari lodge environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Reservation Operations:
  • Manage daily reservation activities for individual and group bookings.
  • Ensure accurate loading of all bookings into the PMS/reservation system.
  • Monitor room inventory, availability and allocation.
  • Manage amendments, cancellations and special booking requests.
  • Maintain accurate guest and booking records.
• Revenue & Yield Management:
  • Maximise occupancy and revenue through strategic rate management.
